Good design is more than providing plans for your new business premises. It is about ensuring that your business has been well thought out to maximise its potential from day one.
These days customers expect and demand more and more from businesses. Providing a great product or service isn’t enough anymore. Customers want an ‘experience’. It is those businesses that provide this that will prosper in this ever changing economy.
How Brandable Is Your Business?
What does your business stand for? What is unique about your product or service? How do you plan to interact with your customers? What will you leave them with when they leave your business? These are just some questions that will help you to see your customers with greater clarity.
Creating a brand that instantly speaks to your customer and reinforcing that brand through numerous ‘touch points’ is important. Everything from the product, service, marketing, and the environment in which your customer enters must be consistent, and yet always be new and different so that they feel stimulated and excited.
The Design Process
Designing is a process. It is about asking questions and many of them. The more we can understand your customer the closer that we can come to creating that memorable brand that speaks to your customers. The process doesn’t stop at the final drawing documentation stage.
The process continues with the helping you with Council approvals, engineering, and finding the perfect shopfitter for your project. Once the shop fitting starts we like to keep an eye on your project. If we have have included in our fee to you, we will come on site to see progress. At the end of the project we come to see the end result and check quality before paying the final balance to the shop fitter.
The images in this article are of a project that has just been completed. These images show the shop being fitted out and we went to check the progress and inspect the quality and workmanship of the fit out.
