Pintoh Thai brings fresh, healthy Thai cuisine to Westfield Chermside. We wanted the look and feel of the food court tenancy to reflect the food offering.
As such we opted for a natural muted pallette that allowed the bright fresh colours of the Thai food to pop.
This project was a re-modelling of a previous food court tenancy. We retained and extended the existing counter and re-modelled and re-branded the front of house with new finishes and signage to reflect the new business.
A ‘pintoh’ in Thai is a portable food container made of several compartments much like the Indian tiffin.
The Client was heading to Thailand before starting the build so we asked her to bring back some pintohs which were converted into feature pendant lights.
